How Bob Opened
Bob started with a pretty simple conversation: what if there was a spot on the street where you could get a great coffee in the morning and a proper cocktail at night, without having to choose between them, or feeling like you were in the wrong place at the wrong time? We found a small corner on Praška, kept the menu honest, turned the lights down a little, and opened the door. We didn't expect much. Turns out, a lot of people were looking for exactly the same thing.
